Radiator Ranch is located in Winnebago, Texas. However, Winnebago, Texas is not actually a real town.
A lot of Brisby’s cowboy merchandise contains references to Winnebago. There is even a town sign that can be seen on the show for Winnebago, showing that it has a population of 17.
The actual location of Radiator Ranch has not been revealed, likely due to privacy reasons so fans of the show don’t show up unexpectedly.
The business address for Winnebago Rodeo Company is located at 308 Lubbock Street in Newcastle, Texas. Newcastle is a small town in Young County, located in northern Texas.
Radiator Ranch is home to horses, cattle, cats, and dogs. The sprawling property has plenty of room for all of the animals to roam and has fields, arenas, and more.
Graham Livestock Commission
In episode one of How to Be a Cowboy, the team goes to Graham Livestock Commission so Brisby can get rid of an unruly bull named Carl Wayne.

Possum Kingdom Lake
In episode three, the crew visits Possum Kingdom Lake, where Brisby rides an inflatable bull pulled by a boat.

In the fourth episode, Dale and his brother Leroy visit just outside of Decatur, Texas to practice roping with the legendary Trevor Brazile.
Brazile is a 26-Time World Champion, 14-Time All-Around Cowboy World Champion, and the first PRCA cowboy to cross the $3 million mark in career earnings.
Brazile’s ranch, located outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area, consists of a 100-acre complex. The facility is home to world-class Quarter horses.
Double Horn Ranch
Episode four also saw the show take a visit to Double Horn Ranch located in Bluff Dale, Texas. The ranch hosted Craig Cameron’s Cowboy Challenge.
The challenge included cattle-sorting, roping, and a muddy feed race competition. Cameron is famous for his horsemanship skills which he teaches to others through Ride Smart Horsemanship.

In the fifth episode, intern Jorden visits JC Knapp Ranch Co in Mansfield, Texas. Located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, JC Knapp Rodeo Co is an award-winning stock contracting company that has bucking bulls and horses.
Tex-Rickard Arena
How to Be a Cowboy visits Tex-Rickard Arena in episode six for Donnie’s rodeo. Tex-Rickard Arena is located in Henrietta, Texas.
Each September, residents of the area gear up to attend the Clay County Pioneer Reunion
and Rodeo at Tex-Rickard Arena. The festivities include a rodeo, vendors, parades, barbecues, and frog and turtle races.
Johnson County Sheriff’s Posse
Episode six also included Jorden’s rodeo, which was held at Johnson County Sheriff’s Posse in Cleburne, Johnson County.
The Johnson County Sheriff’s Posse hosts an annual ranch rodeo in Cleburne, Texas. Festivities include wild cow milking, stray gathering, trailer loading, and team doctoring.
Who Is Dale Brisby?
Brisby is a rodeo competitor, YouTuber/social media star, and ranch manager at Radiator Ranch Cattle Company.
Brisby’s real name is actually Clint Hopping. He received his Master’s degree in Agriculture from Texas A&M in 2011. On his YouTube channel, Brisby has 369K subscribers.
Despite his up-and-coming fame from his show How to Be a Cowboy, Brisby says his true love remains the outdoors and rodeo.
Brisby has competed in bull riding, in which he has had moderate success. He got his start in rodeo when he was young, beginning with riding sheep, then graduated to steers and bulls, before competing in college rodeo. His passion for rodeo continues on through his channel “Rodeo Time.”
Brisby also has his own line of merchandise known as Dale Wear. His merchandise includes T-shirts, ball caps, patches, and coffee mugs that feature his face and catchphrases.
Will There Be a Second Season of How to Be a Cowboy?
Season one of How to Be a Cowboy was released on September 1, 2021, on Netflix. Despite the anticipation for another season, there has been no official announcement from Netflix regarding a second season.
