Received the first mass email from @AtlanticBBInc regarding their recent acquisition of @WOW_WAY Cleveland & Columbus territory. Unanswered is my primary concern: “how long until you raise prices & slow down my internet to align with your other territories”.

@cspanwj @tobyharnden It's official. My cable company, @AtlanticBBInc just put on a pop up notice saying channel 85, C Span 1 is being deleted.😳😡 I talked to them and yesterday, they said the guide being wrong wasn't them but the "network". So who decided to do away with it?

But not @AtlanticBBInc, they instead tell you that even though their company SELLS YOU INTERNET, you can't resolve issues online, instead someone from their "loyalty" department has to call you so they can tell you over the phone to go **** yourself (3 of 4)

Really wish @AtlanticBBInc's automated service would let me talk to tech support without resetting my modem/router first. Literally did that an hour ago when I called the first time and you "fixed the problem".

@ESPNPlus I paid Major $ to get your channel for a year with @AtlanticBBInc to watch sports. I was most interested in the University of South Carolina Football game tonight. Unfortunately, I’m getting an awful Skippy feed except for commercials. The game feed is awful. $back

@AtlanticBBInc @WOW_WAY Also to put that in perspective… my internet bill is currently $49.99 per month for 500Mbps service. Removing my existing promotional rate, it would be $54.99 since I have a 12 month $5 promotional discount ending in October.

@AtlanticBBInc I have been without internet for almost two weeks. The soonest anyone could come for a service call is saturday. In the mist of a pandemic as an Internet provider you should have more urgency to assist soon as possible since many are working from home.

@AtlanticBBInc The person sent out can’t fix it the issue because they only address modem issues. That’s why I sent photos and explained this was an exterior cable issue (both via DM and your website chat) beforehand. It’s been 3 days now.
